Mid Ohio Securities has determined to cease its brokerage business activities and entered into an arrangement with its broker-dealer affiliate, ETC Brokerage Services LLC ("ETC Brokerage"), to transfer all of its brokerage accounts to ETC Brokerage. Such transfer is expected to occur on May 18, 2013. ETC Brokerage is an affiliate of MidOhio Securities.
